Congratulations on the 10th anniversary of the use of IPC elevator energy feedback device in Rongchao

The IPC elevator energy feedback device has been upgraded from the third generation product to the seventh generation product. Today, ten years later, after routine maintenance, the management of Rongchao has gained a more comprehensive understanding of the seventh generation IPC elevator energy feedback device through the introduction of technical personnel. After learning about the performance of our product, Rongchao Property Engineering Department has also expressed a willingness to replace it with a new generation product. The seventh generation IPC elevator energy feedback device has more significant energy-saving effects, more stable performance, and higher safety. The stability and energy-saving effect of this product have always been at the forefront of the industry. Due to the installation of the elevator energy feedback device, the original braking system and braking resistor of the elevator control cabinet are retained, which will not be affected by the feedback device, and at the same time, it forms a backup protection for the elevator braking. However, installing an elevator energy feedback device does not change the original route of the elevator, so it does not belong to elevator renovation!

The electricity generated when the elevator goes up with no load, down with heavy load, or stops at the same level was originally consumed by heating through the braking resistor. Due to the parallel connection between the elevator energy feedback device and the original energy consuming braking system, the energy consuming braking system requires 680V to start. However, our feedback device starts working at 640V, converting this part of the DC energy into AC and transmitting it to the main circuit of the elevator for reuse. In fact, it is transmitted to another elevator or surrounding loads such as air conditioning and lighting, and used up nearby. When the energy feedback device of the elevator is working, the energy consuming braking system is in a stopped working state; If the energy feedback device of the elevator malfunctions, the energy consuming braking system will start working, so as not to affect the normal use of the elevator.
