PFH heavy-duty transmission equipment energy-saving device

The PFH series heavy-duty transmission equipment energy-saving device is a high-efficiency feedback device specifically designed for high-power heavy-duty equipment developed and produced using Canadian technology. The device adopts "full voltage automatic tracking" and "zero point current" processing technology, which can improve the quality of feedback current at zero crossing, enhance the stability and power factor of heavy-duty feedback, and thus feed back the regenerated electrical energy generated during the motor speed regulation process to the grid, achieving significant energy-saving effects. At present, it has been widely used in port lifting, mine hoisting, large centrifugal equipment and other occasions.

Description

1. The PFH series energy-saving device has "full range voltage automatic tracking" technology

It can improve the stability of the feedback current during feedback, avoid serious sudden changes in current, and increase the power factor during feedback.

2. Built in enhanced common mode inductor, full process noise filtering, excellent EMC performance

3. Truly achieve four quadrant operation of variable frequency speed regulation system

The energy-saving rate is as high as 20%~50%, and the energy conversion efficiency is over 97%, with extremely high energy-saving efficiency

4. No high-power resistor heating

Effectively suppress temperature rise, improve working environment, and extend equipment lifespan

5. Comprehensive protection function to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system

6. Built in MODBUS communication protocol for centralized monitoring

7. Supports parallel mode for easy capacity expansion

The lifting mechanism of the MC type 40T grab bucket gantry crane at a certain port consists of supporting and closing mechanisms, both of which are driven by 160kW variable frequency motors. The frequency converter model is PH7-04-220NDC, and the speed regulation is a closed-loop vector control with an encoder. It belongs to the gear infinite speed regulation mode and adopts Profibus DP fieldbus control. It is equipped with an S-curve acceleration and deceleration mode to ensure stability during the lifting process of heavy objects. The feedback part uses two PFH-04-110PDCs in parallel.

The comprehensive advantages of a certain port gantry crane after renovation are obvious:

(1) Accurate positioning and high efficiency will not cause the phenomenon of the motor speed changing with the load of traditional cranes, which can improve the productivity of loading and unloading operations

(2) Smooth operation and high safety. During acceleration and deceleration, the overall vibration and impact of the crane are significantly reduced, which extends the service life of the crane's steel structure and mechanical parts and improves the safety of the equipment

(3) Reduce maintenance and lower costs. The service life of mechanical brake pads is extended, and maintenance costs are significantly reduced.

(4) The use of squirrel cage asynchronous motors instead of wound rotor asynchronous motors has a low failure rate, avoiding motor damage or failure to start due to poor contact.

(5) The harmonic pollution of small power sources is less than 2%, and the full load power factor is close to "1"

(6) The simplified circuit of the motor main circuit has achieved contactless control, avoiding burning caused by frequent contact movements of the contactor and electric damage faults caused by contact burning.
